Case Study - REDHILL FARM
REDHILL FARM
Redhill Farm are farmers and producers of award winning free range pork, using traditional, simple methods to produce fine quality fresh pork, dry cured hams and bacon, handmade sausages and pork pies, all produced on the farm from their own herd.
Named after the farm itself, the business started in 1998 when Jane Tomlinson diversified her husband Terry's farming business in response to the growing need for high quality local produce, as people were becoming more aware of what they were eating and were looking for traceability and quality.

Starting with just a local home delivery service, the business grew by word of mouth, and within 3 months of setting up, the response was such that both Jane and Terry had had a full time job keeping up with demand. Redhill Farm exhibits at a number of South Yorkshire Markets and is widely known as the stall with the queue!
